The melting chamber, constructed from robust steel, incorporates water cooling provisions to maintain optimal operating temperatures. Additionally, the chamber cover features water cooling and a view glass, ensuring visibility and control throughout the melting process. To safeguard against oxidation and extend crucible life, our machine includes a nitrogen purging system, complete with a rotameter and adjustable regulator for precise gas flow control.

We recommend the use of a cooling water chiller for optimal performance, with a recommended flow rate of 8 liters per minute. To ensure stable power supply and protect against fluctuations, we advise the use of a power servo stabilizer.
