Introducing our highly efficient and reliable Burnout Furnace, designed to cater to medium-scale operations with precision and durability. This furnace operates on a 400V, 50 Hz, 6 KW, 3-phase power supply, achieving a maximum temperature of 800°C. It is meticulously crafted to meet the demands of professional environments requiring consistent and high-quality performance.

The furnace features a chamber size of 16” x 16” x 16”, encased within overall dimensions of 32” x 32” x 30”, providing ample space for your burnout processes. It has the capacity to hold 9 flasks, each with a diameter of 4 inches and a height of 11 inches. This makes it ideal for operations requiring multiple flask processing at once.

The innovative design includes five-side heating elements, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. The body is constructed from durable stainless steel with double storage for flasks, enhancing its longevity and reliability. Inside, the high-temperature grade stainless steel sheet covers the inner muffle, protecting the heating elements and ensuring even heat distribution.

The bottom tray, also made of stainless steel, efficiently collects molten wax and facilitates oxygen entry during carbon burning, optimizing the burnout process. The robust construction of the furnace, using high-grade stainless steel for both the body and structure, ensures it can withstand rigorous use while maintaining top performance.

The advanced control panel is equipped with a profile controller offering 10 programs with 16 stages each, allowing for precise control over the burnout process. Safety is a priority, with a safety controller included to protect the heating elements and load during system failures. The firing devices operate in power control mode, adjusting power based on the programmed profile to ensure efficient and consistent operation.
