Despite its compact size, this furnace boasts impressive capabilities. The chamber measures 10” x 10” x 13”, while the overall dimensions are 20” x 18” x 18”, providing ample space to hold 4 flasks, each measuring 4” x 12” with a flange.
The furnace features an innovative heating system with elements positioned at the bottom and both sides, ensuring even heat distribution. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a protective powder coating, it is built to withstand rigorous use.
Functionality is further enhanced by the stainless steel bottom tray, which efficiently collects molten wax and facilitates oxygen entry during carbon burning. Additionally, the bottom heating elements are covered with silicon carbide tile, guaranteeing 100% heat transfer to the top.
The flasks are supported on a stainless steel mesh structure, allowing for optimal heat and oxygen flow. This design ensures that the flasks are evenly heated and properly aerated.
The advanced control panel, featuring a FUZI Japan profile controller, offers 10 programs of 16 stages, allowing precise control over the furnace’s operation. A safety controller ensures the protection of the heating elements and load during system failures, while the power control mode adjusts power based on the programmed profile, maintaining consistent performance.
