Overview

Introducing our state-of-the-art Burnout Furnace, designed to handle high-volume operations with unmatched precision and efficiency. This powerhouse operates on a robust 400V, 50 Hz, 18 KW, 3-phase power supply, reaching a maximum temperature of 800°C, making it an ideal choice for demanding professional environments.

This Air circulatory Burnout furnace has a spacious chamber size of 27” x 36” x 20” and overall dimensions of 44” x 65” x 32”, this furnace can accommodate up to 35 flasks with a 4-inch diameter and flange, or 50 flasks without a flange. The generous capacity allows for flasks up to 16 inches in height, making it perfect for extensive burnout processes.

The furnace is equipped with four-side heating elements, excluding the back and top, ensuring optimal heat distribution throughout the chamber. The durable stainless steel body, enhanced with a powder coating, guarantees longevity and reliability. Inside, the high-temperature-grade stainless steel inner muffle, featuring perforations, ensures even air circulation and protects the flasks from direct contact with the heating elements during handling.

The stainless steel bottom tray is designed to efficiently collect molten wax and facilitate oxygen entry during carbon burning, enhancing the efficiency of the burnout process. A blower, fitted at the backside with a long arm and stainless steel impeller, circulates air effectively within the chamber. The motor, rated at 1/2 HP, 3-phase, 50 Hz, and 1440 RPM, ensures consistent and reliable performance.

The advanced control panel is equipped with a FUZI Japan profile controller, offering 10-stage programmable settings for precise operation. Safety is paramount, with a TAPMAN safety controller protecting the heating elements. The control panel also includes indicating lamps and ammeters for all phases, and the heating controls utilize angle-firing solid-state devices to vary power according to load requirements. This ensures the furnace operates efficiently and adjusts power based on the programmed profile.

For added convenience, the furnace is provided with a fabricated angle structure for stability and ease of use.
