Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and powder-coated for added durability, our furnace is built to withstand the test of time.

Inside the furnace, you’ll find a high-grade steel muffle, completely covered to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The furnace is equipped with two side heating elements, ensuring uniform heat distribution throughout the chamber. Additionally, the stainless steel muffle features a port on top to exhaust gases emanated from the burning of dust, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

Our furnace is designed with user convenience in mind, featuring stainless steel trays with bottom support to fit in a tong. A tong is provided to safely remove trays when hot, ensuring ease of operation and minimizing the risk of accidents. The front-openable gate of the incinerator is fitted with ceramic insulation to prevent heat loss and ensure maximum efficiency.

The control panel of our furnace is equipped with a temperature controller and a safety controller, ensuring precise control over the incineration process and providing added safety measures. The main firing of electricity is managed by solid-state relays, while safety is ensured by a contactor, providing peace of mind and confidence in the reliability of our furnace.
