This innovative machine operates on the principle of metallic dissolution in a special electrolyte, developed by our team to ensure optimal results without the use of cyanide chemicals, making it both environmentally friendly and safe for precious metals.

The process begins with the uniform removal of metal from the surface, creating a nanostructure of atomic grains that result in a stunning polishing effect. The metal is dissolved in the form of Ag++ and Cu++ ions, along with anions of any other metals present, which can either be mixed with the electrolyte or deposited on the cathode for recovery.

Silver articles are securely hung on special jigs made of titanium, each accommodating 50-100 pieces on a single zig. The machine allows for the fitting of two zigs at a time, maximizing efficiency and productivity. As the zigs move horizontally through the chemical solution, they undergo electrochemical removal and media polish, ensuring a flawless finish on each piece.

The operation of one cycle typically takes 10-15 minutes, depending on the desired amount of metal removal. Once the process is complete, the zigs are detached and rinsed in deionized water, which can then be recycled and used to top up the main tank, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

The complete plant comprises several components, including the machine with horizontal zig movement, a polypropylene tank capable of accommodating 125 liters of liquid and 35 kgs of media, perforated stainless steel cathodes, two zigs, 125 liters of electrolyte (with 45 liters concentrated), 35 kgs of plastic grains media (PET), and a stainless steel rinsing tank.
